Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: We accept cash, credit/debit, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.

Q: Do you offer delivery?

A: Yes! We offer local delivery in the Rochester area for a small fee. Products are also available for pickup.

Q: Do I have to pay tax on the price of a prebuilt or TV service?

A: All taxes and fees are included in the price listed for our prebuilts. For our cable TV, your local sales tax will be added to your subscription.

Q: What do I need to set up Hyper TV?

A: You will need an Amazon Fire TV or Google TV. If you don't have a smart TV, or if you have a basic TV, you can buy an Amazon Fire Stick or Android TV Box. You will need to buy a Fire Stick or Android TV Box for every TV in your home. We do not currently support Roku Sticks, however users of a Roku TV can install an Amazon Fire Stick, which will work. Please call us at 585-710-2377 for more information regarding this!

Q: Can I get Hyper TV even if I don't live in Rochester?

A: Yes! Hyper TV is available in all 50 states.

Q: How long does it take for my computer to be built?

A: Typically, it takes a week for all the parts to ship to us. Once we have all the parts ready, we build the computer that same day. In some cases, parts will take longer to arrive than usual, which will be indicated by the [Longer Wait] tag next to the title. If a retailer is offering expedited shipping, you can choose to pay for that when completing the order.   

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our standard return window is 7 days. This can vary with each order, which we will communicate upon receiving your order. 

Q: What if my computer breaks down?

A: Our builds are completely serviceable. You can contact us by email if anything goes wrong, and we can schedule a drop-off or we will make a house call. For the first year of owning your PC, there is no labor charge for any repairs needed. All you pay for is the cost of parts. For PCs not sold by Moose's PCs, and for PCs over a year old, we will calculate a labor charge based on the repairs needed.
